Bill Shanklin is a hard working, dependable person that wants to assist you in your real estate needs.

Bill was born and raised in Texas and has been associated with the farming and ranching industry all his life. He served in the military has a commissioned officer. Bill and his wife have two sons and four grandsons. While working a fulltime career he continued working with cattle and horses and maintained his real estate license.

Bill was a career firefighter for almost four decades. This experience has been very rewarding and has given him the opportunity to serve others in their time of need. He is also an adjunct instructor for the extension branch of the Texas AM University System.

He has retired from the fire service, and is now actively operating the family ranch located west of Graham, Texas. He manages a cow calf operation on his ranch and a stocker operation on some additional owned property.
